Drexel University, College of Medicine holds a Neuroscience Summer Camp for high school juniors and sophomore students, who demonstrate a strong interest in neuroscience research. The Camp teaches students neurobiology and offers the opportunity to gain hand-on experience with ongoing research.
Each year, a group of students works with the Lane Lab research team on a spinal cord injury research project. This years team of students used viral tracing methods to examine the phrenic neuronal circuitry within the normal and injured spinal cord.
